i have really bad constipation. what to do?
ive been taking antibiotics for da pass 5 days n now i have really bad constipation. i literally have to squeeze my but to push it back in cause its overwhelming. i know i am a bad eater n i don’t drink much water, but this is something dat ive never experienced before. i need quick tips on what will make it come without much strain.

Eat a fresh peach, pear or a couple of prunes before you go to bed and drink plenty of water. You should be fine in the morning. Drinking lots of whole fruit juice (orange juice, apple juice, 100% fruit juice) should also help.
fiber, fiber, fiber, water, water, water. Drinking apple juice helps lubricate (for lack of a better word) your bowels. So down a bunch of that. Also prunes help or prune juice but I think prunes taste better than the juice. And you need fiber to help it pass easier. Their are lots of cereals that are fiber filled. You can also get fiber through oat bran, oatmeal, beans, peas, rice bran, barley, citrus fruits, strawberries and apple pulp.
This is of course the natural way. I always suggest that. And remember, the more you strain, the worse it is for you. So if you aren’t completely ready to go, have some more fiber or juice and try again. You can get hemorrhoids from straining and those really aren’t fun.
But if you can’t go after trying the natural way, you can do suppositories or laxatives. Good luck… And try to take care of this asap because it is not good to be backed up for too long!
