How to heal Anal fissure issue?

I am experiancing a anal fissure. I when to the doctor a few days after i was experiancing blood in my stool. Before this started i had sever constipation, alnost near imposible to go. When i did it hurt and was alot of strain. The doctor informed that i had hemmroids and a anal fissure. Since then i been eating a etter diet of fibers and water. Now i go to the bathroom more smothly but i still experinace ocxasinal blood and have some slight to unpleasant pain while going, like i am passing knifes and razorblades. I just want to know some thing that would help me out with the pain and occasinal bleeding. Sometimes i dont bleed at all and others i can bleed quiet a bit nothing out of the ordinary. Burbif anyone has a remedy for this issue please share.
