please help! constipation?

hi
im an 18 year old female this is a bit embarrassing but ive had constipation for 2 weeks now
i have bad stomach ache but i don’t get the urge to go for a poo,

ive been to the docs and he gave me a syrup like drink and some senna tablets, ive been taken them for three days and still haven’t gone

i seriously need help it is hurting me are there any home remedies that i can do to help,
i drink alot of water i eat plenty of veg
and other things with fibre,

if i have a fry up, i usually poop but this isnt healthy i just dont know what to do
