Colon/bowel problems?

Due to severe pain in my colon/bowels, my doctor wants to do a colonoscopy. He wants to check for abnormalities such as polyps and I have read that some polyps in the colon or bowel could be cancerous.

How common is it for young people under 30 to get colon/bowel cancer? I’m only 27. Especially if my diet hasn’t been as healthy as it should have been. I eat a lot of red meat, I am also guilty of not eating enough fibre and have problems with constipation and straining with bowel movements, which I have read are all risks of getting colon/bowel cancer.

It is not common for 30 year olds to get cancer of the colon, but it is possible. Polyps are generally due to a folic acid deficiency. Folic acid is a "B" vitamin and most of your "B" vitamins are made by your body’s intestinal flora that resides primarily in your small intestines. If you are having constipation problems, it is typically due to low stomach acid, lack of intestinal flora, not drinking enough water, poor adrenal function, and the type of red meat you are eating, along with eating the wrong kinds of fats.

Before subjecting yourself to a colonoscopy that has the potential of "giving you a disease" because many of those people simply don’t sanitize those instruments well and have been known to cause diseases, etc. A simple QRA test can tell you if you have infection or inflammation in your intestines without going through all that.

I suggest you make a few changes and see if that doesn’t fix the problem and then if it doesn’t, you can always get the ream of your life or the banana foe fama treatment.

The meat you are eating is most likely from cows that are fed GRAIN and finished with a corn mix that makes them very sick cows. The corn finishing is very popular now and they have to slaughter the cows within about 6 months of finishing or they die of diseases caused by that type of feeding. What you want is cows that are fed on free range grasses and not "finished" before slaughter. That’s very hard to find because the temptation to make higher profits is just too great for the food industry corporations in America that are just not concerned about your health.

If your stomach acid is adequate, the meat will digest just fine and that should not be a problem, especially if you eat the right kind of meat. Too many fruits and vegetables can also be a problem, contrary to what the so called "food experts" are telling you. The primary problem in America today is the types of fats people are consuming. Vegetable Oils are a huge problem and should not be consumed. Nature packages the polyunsaturated fats in a very nice, neat package called seeds and plants. When you eat them, you get the proper amount and the antioxidants in them protect the fats and oils from being rancid. Those bottled oils made from the plants are oxidized by light and a very small amount of heat, so they are incredibly bad for you. Don’t eat soybean, canola, cottonseed, and corn oils ever.

At 27, you should be taking some digesting supplements, especially if you eat cooked foods or processed foods. You will notice that your food is now starting to be stored around your waste and will continue for the rest of your life, unless you eat more raw food and take some supplements for the cooked foods you do eat. Your doctor does not have a clue on how to advise you in regard to nutrition or just simple digestion advise. They are not trained to know how the body really works in regard to nutrition and health. It’s not what they do. They treat symptoms and not "root causes" of diseases.

Why do you think cancer and heart disease is constantly competing for the number one slot in diseases that people are dying from? Primitive man did not have these problems. They didn’t even get cavities or plaque build up on their teeth. They ate lots and lots of meat, high fat diets and no problems.

To get your digestion under control, I suggest you see a Certified Nutritional Therapist that can test you for specific nutrient deficiencies and take the guess work out of what your body needs. They can recommend diets and supplements that will make you healthy, not destroy your liver and send you on a drug trip to the terminal. It’s important for you to know what is good and bad food from someone who really knows, and not from the media or medical industry that has no clue.

In the meantime while you are locating a practitioner in your area, you could do a few things that would help you. A very high quality company that sells great nutrition products is at: (800) 370 - 3447. I would call them and order the following and I think you will see a huge difference in how your bowels work and see your digestion improve greatly. Order from them and they will ship to you the following:

Betaine HCL — Take 3 to 4 of these AFTER the meal
HCL Activator — Take 2 of these AFTER the meal
Digest — Take 2 of these DURING the meal
Probiotic — Take one in the morning and one in the evening
Cleanse Blend — Take 5 of these in the morning and 5 in the
evening.

The Cleanse Blend should be taken for about 3 to 4 months. The other items should be taken as a regular regimen for the rest of your life. If you follow that, it should add about 30 - 35 years to your life expectancy because it not only will help you digest better, but it will re-methylate all the cells in your body and help keep you young.

good luck sir

For constipation give yourself an enema. It works wonders and is simple to do. Sometimes old tricks are the best tricks and it is drug and hospital stay free too.

Change your diet now. Don’t wait.

You probably have IBS. Don’t worry. I needed a colonoscopy when I was 33 for that reason. It is very unlikely you have cancer.

If your concern is simply whether you have cancer, that is highly unlikely. However, that doesn’t mean you don’t need the colonoscopy. It can help diagnose a number of very treatable problems and get you peace of mind by ruling out more serious ones.

One cancer risks you describe–poor diet that is low in fiber–can itself be the cause of lots of digestive problem. As long as your doctor says it’s OK, starting the same efforts that reduce your long term cancer risks are likely to get you enormous short-term benefits as well. If you haven’t already, changing your meat-gorging, fiber-shunning ways may get you a lot of symptom relief. If you aren’t up for major lifestyle changes, fiber supplements (taken with PLENTY of water) and walking alone work wonders for some people.

If you don’t figure it out quickly, don’t panic. Ruling out all the really bad things will make you feel better, and even if the doctor can’t pinpoint the exact cause of the pain, he is likely to find some combination of diet, exercise, and medication that helps. If he can’t or won’t (or decides it’s all in your head), find one that can and will. I’ve had scary digestive symptoms and know a number of other people who have as well, and all of us found something that worked and got on with our lives.
