is a urinary tract infection causing this?

i have had several utis in my life but i got one right after my son was born going on two years ago. and i haven’t been able to see a doctor since my six week check up but i know i have one. but i need to know if because i have left it untreated for so long if it could cause the symptoms im experiencing now. they are nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, headaches, abdomen pain, back pain, side pain and extreme fatigue. i have heard about damage being done to the organs by untreated infections, but what kind and how bad?
