So what do you do when you’ve eaten too much fiber…?
In addition to all my questions about constipation… I just talked with the dr (appt in 10 days) and she said part of my symptoms (crampy stomach and gas) are because I’m actually intaking too much fiber.
You know - I’ve never read anywhere that you can take too much… every source says, take more - it will help.
Ahhh… I just have very bad cramps… maybe I’m just complaining and looking for others who have the same symptoms… anything I can do now to relieve some of the pain?
