As far as i know senna create dependency
psyllium , lactulose , milk of magnezia they are to weak
i tried so far normacol , fybogel metamucil , regulan , none of them worked
the best remedy was a chinese tea calles sanye anti adipose tea but once i stopped it my bowel movement was lasy again
do i have any other alternative for senna without dependecy?

My grandfather is about 80 something years old and he often gets constipated…his upper left side of his belly is tender to touch most likely because of the constipation hes tried prescribed medications but just make other things worse so does anyone know any teas, or special diets ?

I’ve a constipation and I wanna some ways to deal with … I mean alternative medicine.
