Diet & Fitness plan for a 15 y/o highschooler?

I’m 15 this year, an Asian(chinese), goes to school in the morning from 6.00 to 2.00 pm(normally), and latest at 7.00 pm.
My house has no gym nearby, or swimming pools, and not even any dumbbells.

Status: I’m 162cm, weighs 50-51 kg. Has constipation sometimes (2 days once).

What can I do in order to improve my slimness, and at the same time grow healthily (especially on height =’[ ) ? Oh and, my thighs are fat. (yes, fat. no muscles. esp after I quit ballet.)
